Parts and labor are covered for the time period specified on the product
information page at the time of purchase. Optional extended warranty available.

Unless specified otherwise, Buycheaplaptops.com offers a 6 Month warranty on all our laptops, beginning on the
date of purchase.
The warranty includes exchanges and credits within the time allotted on your original invoice.
Much of our restored laptop computers still have a lasting manufacturer's warranty, so be sure to ask one of our
salesmen if your new purchase includes that or our Buycheaplaptops.com warranty.
To use our warranty service for any repairs or replacements, please call our office within the specified warranty
time.
Buycheaplaptops.com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
It would be wise to insure the shipment and to prepay shipping charges.
Buycheaplaptops.com however will ship the repaired or replacement products to you prepaid.
Please remember to mark the RMA# on the box when being sent out.
If you have paid for a laptop without an operating system (O/S) installed, Buycheaplaptops.com will only aid
hardware problems (which excludes the battery).
If you are loading your own O/S, then you must load the proper software that is required to operate any peripherals
attached to the laptop, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
The proper software includes the O/S and any other software/drivers needed to control the computer and its
peripherals.
Buycheaplaptops.com stands behind its products 100% and will make every effort to provide complete customer
satisfaction, yet it is our ultimate decision as to what we can repair or replace.
If the problem can be solved, obviously there will be no refund issued.
Before sending back a defective purchase, please communicate with our staff so we can try our best to fix the
problem over the phone because sometimes we get back orders that are operating fully.
Return Policy: If for any reason you do not like or want the product you purchased, you can send it back
within 7 days from the date on your original invoice.
Store credit will be distributed to you.
The return must be authorized by one of our sales representatives before being sent back to us.
If you do not want store credit, you have an option of paying a 20% restocking fee with your refund.
